When the Chinese tertiary (company) sector share of GDP seems to be on course to fulfill its aim of 56% by 2020, the most important “structural change” in China in the last fifteen decades has long been the declining contribution from the key (agricultural) sector, in lieu of secondary (business) sector, as demonstrated inside the Figure below.
